![]() We hope that this helps users to make an informed choice. Many of these questions relate to privacy and security, and the various companies answer them in their own words. Instead, we aim to provide an unranked overview of VPN providers, asking them questions we believe are important. Vulnerabilities are always lurking around the corner and even with the most secure VPN, you still have to trust the VPN company with your data. When it comes to privacy and anonymity, an outsider can’t offer any guarantees. Some VPN companies, such as Kape, even own review sites.Īt TF we don’t want to make any recommendations. Just do a random search for “ best VPN service” or “ VPN review” and you’ll see dozens of sites filled with recommendations and preferred picks. The VPN review business is also flourishing as well. ![]() All claim to be the best, but some are more privacy-conscious than others. Their support is the same. The VPN industry is booming and prospective users have hundreds of options to pick from. Nord VPN being another service I have I agree their support is good too.Īs for PureVPN it's rubbish and wouldn't touch it. The good news with torguard is they always have their half price deal so can always leave and come back, I do have subs with other companies as well as I'm finding the best one for me but overall torguard is actually pretty good. Over all been happy with torguard and no real complaints with the service and the cons haven't been enough for me to go it's rubbish but different people different views. Could be based on different factors like my speed etc. Not the fastest out there for torrents or streaming but not the worse. They hardy at new servers - this could also be my issue as I don't watch their announcements etc You pay extra for a streaming IP 'Netflix' IP and only get one location whilst others are now offering this and more with-in their service and more locations at no extra cost Only other cons I have with torguard which aren't really that bad * They do nothing to set themselves apart from other VPNS out there - Though to me the market is now stale, There is really nothing new or exciting other than wireguard. Only company I've seen people get 'banned' from forms etc was AirVPN. The only gripe I had was their '24.7 live chat' wasn't actually live when I tried to use it twice and was sent to email - maybe I caught them at a bad time or something, not the end of the world. Whilst support always seem to down talk / extract information from you when you want to upgrade/enquiry about something, least in my questions, they have been nothing short of great for myself and actually answered my questions and also give me what I wanted. ![]() So what issue is it your actually having? This is my personal experience and opinion dealing with them, I know for a fact I'm not the only one with these issues so make sure you do the appropriate research before deciding. I do not recommend using Torguard, If you have the extra money I would pay it and deal with a good company. Update: I have received a full refund, PayPal has decided that I'm correct and thankfully I'm done dealing with this unprofessional business. Disgusting way of business and they don't deserve to be a legit company. Torguard is literally trash, they don't care about customers, if you disagree with them they will ban you from their website. Nord will actually fix your issues and the chat experience wont make you hate people either. If I were you I would spend the extra money (unless you literally don't have it) and upgrade to Nord/Pure. The only thing they have is their price and even then whats the point of paying less money if your not getting what you paid for? Horrible experience with their support, management and product. This company is literally my least favorite on the list of VPN providers.
